✅ QTS is essential ✅ Experience teaching within a primary school setting ✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills ✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills ✅ Passion for supporting children's learning and development ✅ EWC registration or willingness to obtain registration ✅ ECTs are welcome to apply
