We are working with a supportive 2-form entry primary school in Harrow that is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher to take on a Year 4 class from September.

The Role

Teach and lead a Year 4 class Plan and deliver engaging, creative and effective lessons Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where appropriate Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school team Support the academic, social and emotional development of pupils Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Support pupils with a range of learning needsThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher Have previous experience teaching in a primary school Have strong classroom management and lesson planning skills Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential Have excellent communication and organisational skills Be a positive and collaborative team player Have previous experience supporting or teaching children with additional needs - advantageous Unfortunately, this role is not available to ECTsWhat the School Offers:
