Primary Ks2 Teacher
Location: Aylesbury Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent Salary: £29,344–£44,919
Key Stage 2 fosters independence and structured learning to ensure consistent progress.
We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to support pupils across core subjects, promoting steady academic growth and maintaining strong classroom routines.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the KS2 curriculum across core subjects effectively Support pupils in reading, writing, and mathematics Plan and deliver well-structured lessons Monitor pupil progress and implement timely interventions Maintain positive and consistent classroom routines Support learners of mixed abilities to achieve their potential
Classroom Environment
Structured and supportive setting Clear expectations for behaviour and learning Effective behaviour management Progressive and steady learning development
Skills and Experience
Proven experience teaching in KS2 Strong classroom management skills Excellent organisational and planning abilities Clear and effective communication skills
What Success Looks Like
Consistent pupil progress across subjects Increased pupil confidence and engagement Well-established and maintained classroom routines Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable; however, applications from unqualified teachers are welcome.
