Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a Key Stage 1 teaching position?
Flourish Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Year 2 class at a one-form-entry primary school in Solihull.
Our client is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teacher to work on a part-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible and continuing until January 2027, with the potential for the role to be extended.
ECTs are encouraged to apply, as are experienced teachers.
This is a part-time position, working Tuesday to Friday from 8:15am to 4:30pm.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Plan, assess, and mark pupils' work in line with the school's policies.
- Deliver engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that support pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with the Teaching Assistant and other class teachers to provide high-quality learning experiences.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Required Skills and Experience for this Primary Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Confidence in leading and managing a classroom.
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, including alongside Teaching Assistants and colleagues.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education, you will receive excellent benefits, including:
- Pay: £168.80 to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45,351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)
