We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Staplehurst/Marden area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, or someone with a strong passion for supporting children and helping them reach their full potential. A full-time commitment is ideally what we're looking for, with the potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.

The Role

Supporting pupils with their learning and development - This may be 1:1 with a student or full class support Working closely with teachers and school staff Providing encouragement and positive support within the classroom Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment Supporting individual pupils where requiredWe're Looking For

Previous experience working with children is desirable A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine commitment to supporting pupils Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but not always essentialYou'll be supported by a 5-star, REC-audited recruitment agency, giving you professional guidance throughout your placement and access to ongoing opportunities.
