Your Responsibilities

• Support the teacher in delivering engaging classroom activities
• Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support
• Assist pupils with their classwork and understanding
• Support children with SEND and individual learning needs
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
• Help maintain a welcoming and organised classroom
• Prepare and organise learning resources
• Promote pupils' independence and confidence
• Support pupil wellbeing and pastoral needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable
• School or classroom experience is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• Confidence supporting pupils individually and in groups
• Understanding of safeguarding and pupil welfare
• Reliable and professional approach
