Matillion, the company behind Maia, the AI Data Automation platform, started in Manchester and now global, is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Maia AI team.
You will design agentic AI systems, use evals to validate performance as models evolve, and build new tools and integrations. You’ll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and help shape product strategy in a fast-paced environment.
