Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models).
• Develop scalable infrastructure and pipelines for training and serving large-scale generative models.
• Conduct cutting-edge research and experimentation to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement AI features that enhance user experience and create new value.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Ensure the ethical development and responsible deployment of generative AI technologies.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field with a focus on generative models.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with significant hands-on experience in generative models .
• Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques relevant to content generation.
• Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive complex technical initiatives autonomously in a remote setting .
