Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning systems.
Mentor and guide a team of talented AI engineers, setting high standards for code quality and best practices.
Drive technical innovation and explore novel approaches to solve complex AI challenges.
Collaborate with research scientists and product managers to translate cutting-edge ideas into production-ready solutions.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI models and infrastructure.
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for AI development within the organization.

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or principal role.
Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proven experience in building and deploying large-scale AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong proficiency in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
