About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior architectural leadership and design direction for major projects from inception to completion.
• Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and secure new project opportunities.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring conceptual integrity, technical excellence, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and mentor architectural teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

• A professionally qualified Architect with a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale architectural projects.
• Exceptional design talent, creativity, and a strong portfolio of award-winning work.
• Expert knowledge of architectural design principles, BIM technologies , and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, client management, and team-building skills.
• RIBA or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
