Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and execution for major architectural projects.
- Manage and mentor teams of architects, technologists, and designers.
- Liaise directly with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
- Ensure design compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation of high-level design documentation and presentations.
- Drive innovation in design and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with extensive post-qualification experience, ideally at a principal or director level.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high-value architectural projects.
- Exceptional design flair, creativity, and technical expertise.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in industry-leading architectural software, including Revit .
- A deep understanding of architectural theory, history, and contemporary practice.
