Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic design leadership and technical oversight for a diverse range of architectural projects, from concept to construction.
• Develop and present innovative design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and planning authorities, advocating for design excellence.
• Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality documentation, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery of all project phases.
• Act as a key client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
• Contribute to practice development, including thought leadership, staff mentorship, and the refinement of design processes and standards.

Requirements

• A recognized professional architecture qualification and RIBA chartered status or equivalent.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in architecture, with a substantial track record in leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Exceptional design acumen, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of contemporary architectural trends and sustainable design principles.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural software, including Revit and BIM workflows.
• Proven leadership, client management, and team mentoring capabilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
