Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and design direction for a portfolio of high-profile architectural projects.

• Oversee the quality control of all architectural output, ensuring design integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (15+ years) as a qualified Architect, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal role.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional design sensibility, creativity, and a strong portfolio of built work.
• Proven ability in client management, business development, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
