Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice and solutions to design teams, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Ensure full compliance with building regulations, construction standards, and health and safety legislation.
• Conduct advanced site analysis and technical reviews, coordinating findings remotely.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural technologists, fostering technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Architectural Technologist , with a significant track record in a senior or lead capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other BIM software, demonstrating deep understanding of their application in construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance in the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of large-scale or complex projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions in a remote setting.
