Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement complex, scalable, and highly available microservices using modern technologies.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.

- Champion best practices in software development, including TDD, BDD, and code reviews.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system vulnerabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful microservices architectures.
- Expertise in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
