Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend microservices .
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and technology choices for backend systems.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system efficiency.
- Champion code quality, test automation, and CI/CD practices across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in backend software development .
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing complex microservices architectures .
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Go, Python, or C# .
- Extensive experience with distributed systems, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
