Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend microservices .
• Define architectural standards, best practices, and technology choices for backend systems.

• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in backend software development .
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing complex microservices architectures .
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Go, Python, or C# .
• Extensive experience with distributed systems, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
