Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs.
• Lead technical design discussions and drive architectural decisions for critical product features.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product management and frontend teams to define and deliver robust solutions.
• Champion best practices in coding standards, testing, performance tuning, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system stability and availability.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant professional experience (8+ years) in backend software engineering, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in one or more backend languages such as Java , C# , or Go, and their associated ecosystems.
• Extensive experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs .
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and message queues.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
