Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of highly scalable, resilient, and secure backend systems.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices using advanced programming techniques.
• Set technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Optimize system performance, identify and address technical debt, and ensure operational excellence.
• Champion best practices in software development, including testing, CI/CD, and security.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering, with significant experience in a lead or principal role.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Go, Python, or C#.
• Strong knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and message queuing systems.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
