Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for biological data analysis and prediction.

Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with a strong ML focus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in bioinformatics or data science, with a significant portion dedicated to machine learning applications in biology.
• Expertise in ML algorithms (e.g., deep learning, supervised/unsupervised learning) and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
