Role Overview
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned engineer who prefers engagement across a customer base and excels at delivering superior service. You'll assume ownership of your customer base and will collaborate closely with account management and administrative teams, upholding the highest level of satisfaction amongst clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering top‑notch service to customers
- Owning your customer base and surpassing contractual standards
- Working in close coordination with customers to pinpoint and rectify operational issues
- Teaming up with internal departments to effectuate on‑field quotations
- Contributing towards the identification of energy and enhancement projects and proposing mutually beneficial solutions
The Ideal Candidate
- Primary knowledge of BEMS systems like Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure
- Proven experience in a field service environment
- Ability to work solo without supervision
- Unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer satisfaction
- A penchant for technology and innovation
- Holder of a full UK driving license
