Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical leadership and strategic direction for all chemical engineering activities.

Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a significant focus on leadership and complex project execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of chemical process design, scale-up, and optimisation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects and influencing technical strategy.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities, essential for a senior remote position.
