Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design engineering team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Oversee the design process for a wide range of civil engineering projects, ensuring technical integrity and compliance.
• Develop and implement design standards, best practices, and quality assurance procedures.
• Act as a key technical advisor on major projects, offering expert insights and solutions.

• Review and approve designs, calculations, and specifications prepared by the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with extensive post-chartership experience.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in leading civil engineering design teams and managing complex projects.
• Deep expertise in multiple areas of civil engineering, such as highways, structures, or infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and technical excellence within an engineering environment.
