Principal Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and strategic planning for large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance to project teams and clients on all aspects of civil engineering.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of designs, ensuring compliance with national standards and client specifications.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure profitable and timely project completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and major clients.
• Champion innovation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in civil engineering practices.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE/MIStructE) status is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from inception to closeout.
• Advanced proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., Bentley, Autodesk suite) and simulation tools.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
