Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and expert advice on complex civil engineering design challenges.
- Manage major infrastructure projects, overseeing all technical aspects from inception to final handover.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations, to secure new project opportunities.
- Mentor and develop a team of civil engineers and technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental legislation.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant portion in a senior or principal role.
- Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure design, including roads, drainage, and utilities.
- Proven experience in project financial management and contract administration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized professional institution is essential.
