Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and strategic direction for national civil engineering projects, operating entirely remotely.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions for challenging infrastructure and development projects, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability.
• Mentor and guide project engineering teams, fostering technical growth and upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.
• Conduct advanced technical reviews, risk assessments, and peer consultations to ensure project excellence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) and a PhD in Civil Engineering or a highly specialized field is strongly preferred.
• Over 12 years of extensive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on complex project leadership and technical strategy.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and demonstrating thought leadership in the civil engineering domain.
• Expertise in advanced analytical techniques, design software, and the application of BIM technologies.
