Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and direction on large-scale civil engineering projects, ensuring design integrity and adherence to codes.

• Oversee the technical review process for designs and calculations submitted by team members.
• Manage project lifecycles remotely, from feasibility studies and conceptual design through to construction support and project close-out.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing remote team culture through effective communication and mentorship.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed proactively.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal role.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, or hydraulics.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects remotely using digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized professional body is essential.
