Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive transportation planning strategies and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct detailed traffic impact assessments, feasibility studies, and demand modelling for major development schemes.
• Provide expert technical advice and direction to project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage client relationships, business development activities, and the commercial aspects of transportation projects.
• Oversee the preparation of technical reports, design documentation, and public consultation materials.
• Mentor and develop a team of transportation engineers and planners, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in transportation planning and infrastructure engineering, with a significant focus on leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of transport modelling software (e.g., SATURN, CUBE, VISUM) and traffic analysis techniques.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale transportation projects and securing planning approvals.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Chartered Transport Planner status is essential.
