Key Responsibilities

• Provide ultimate technical leadership and strategic direction for all major civil engineering projects undertaken by the firm.
• Oversee the conceptualization, design, and implementation phases of complex infrastructure, transport, and development schemes.
• Conduct high-level reviews of designs, calculations, and project plans to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Manage key client relationships, acting as the primary technical point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Represent the company in high-level technical forums and contribute to industry-wide best practice development.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with an exceptional academic record.
• Over 10 years of extensive experience in senior civil engineering roles, with a significant focus on project leadership and strategic planning.
• Chartered Engineer status (e.g., FICE) is mandatory, with a distinguished career history.
• Expertise in a wide range of civil engineering disciplines, including structural, transportation, and geotechnical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million pound projects and lead large, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
