Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and strategic direction for major civil engineering projects.
• Lead the design, planning, and execution of complex infrastructure, transportation, and development projects.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct advanced technical analyses, including geotechnical assessments and structural modeling .
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement, ensuring project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and reports produced by the engineering team.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized professional institution.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on project leadership and technical authority.
• Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects , urban planning, and sustainable design practices.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced CAD and simulation software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
