Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership and oversight for all civil engineering projects.
• Develop and implement advanced engineering design solutions for complex infrastructure challenges.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead client negotiations, tender submissions, and secure new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop senior and junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in civil engineering.
• Proven expertise in managing major infrastructure projects, including highways, utilities, and land development.
• Strong understanding of project finance , risk management, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and advanced design software.
