Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Develop innovative design solutions for complex infrastructure challenges, including transportation, water management, and land development.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance and risk assessments for all design and construction phases.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Requirements
- MSc or equivalent in Civil Engineering, with CEng status (MICE, MIStructE) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years' post-graduate experience in civil engineering consultancy, with significant project leadership.
- Expertise in flood risk assessment, drainage design, highways, and structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency with advanced modelling and design software suites.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and client expectations.
