Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of major civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, development, and utilities.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring high standards of design and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks.
• Contribute to business development activities, including bid preparation and client engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in civil engineering design and project management , with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Chartered Engineer status (e.g., CEng MICE, CEng MIStructE) is essential.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure design principles, project delivery, and construction methodologies.
• Expertise in relevant design software and project management tools.
