Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership and expert advice on a wide range of civil engineering disciplines.

- Lead and mentor civil engineering teams, fostering their technical and professional development.
- Undertake detailed technical reviews of designs, calculations, and project documentation.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, build relationships, and present technical proposals.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to all relevant engineering standards, codes of practice, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent.
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in civil engineering, with a significant portion in a senior or principal role.
- Proven expertise in structural design, transportation engineering, or water resource management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of successfully mentoring engineering staff.
- Proficiency with advanced engineering analysis and design software.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
