Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of major civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to engineering teams.
Develop innovative design solutions and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Manage client relationships and represent the company in technical forums.
Undertake complex calculations, analyses, and assessments for challenging projects.
Contribute to the strategic development of the engineering department and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with significant leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in multiple civil engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, transportation, water).
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is essential, FICE status is advantageous.
