About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned Principal Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their forward-thinking, fully remote organization. You will develop and implement robust change management frameworks, engage stakeholders at all levels, and foster a culture receptive to change. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for complex organizational transformations.
• Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential barriers to adoption.
• Lead and mentor project teams focused on change implementation and reinforcement.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in change management consulting , organizational development, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
