Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct large-scale consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery against client objectives.

• Lead client workshops, executive briefings, and presentations to drive consensus and action.
• Mentor and develop consulting staff, providing guidance on project delivery and career progression.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and firm strategy.
• Act as a subject matter expert in areas of strategy and operations for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in a relevant business or technical discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in management consulting, with a focus on strategy and operations.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Superb communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with public or private sector organizations in Northern Ireland or similar markets.
