About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable data pipelines using modern big data technologies.
• Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions.

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement ETL/ELT processes and data modeling techniques.
• Mentor junior data engineers and promote best practices in data engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or Scala.
