Principal Electrical Design Engineer

An established and growing engineering business within the water sector is seeking a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join its team on a permanent basis.This role is ideal for someone with a strong contractor background and proven experience delivering electrical design solutions on wastewater projects.Key responsibilities include:Electrical design for water and wastewater treatment projectsPreparation of technical documentation, calculations and specificationsWorking closely with multidisciplinary delivery teamsSupporting project delivery from concept through to commissioningLiaising with clients, suppliers and site teamsRequirements:Strong experience within the UK water/wastewater sectorPrevious contractor or design & build experience essentialExperience with LV design, MCCs, control panels and power distributionKnowledge of relevant industry standards and regulationsAbility to work within fast-paced project environmentsThis is a permanent hybrid role with a London base, offering exposure to innovative and sustainable infrastructure projects.
