Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for major electrical engineering projects, from concept to implementation.
• Develop and oversee the execution of complex electrical system designs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Represent the engineering department in technical discussions with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive innovation by researching and evaluating new technologies, materials, and methodologies in electrical engineering .

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Deep expertise in power systems, analogue and digital circuit design, and embedded systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and system architecture design.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
