Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance and oversight for major electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and refine complex electrical system architectures and designs.

- Define and implement best practices, standards, and procedures for electrical engineering within the organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their adoption.

Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Over 12 years of intensive experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on complex system design and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated expertise in power electronics, renewable energy systems, or advanced control systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, technically demanding projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
