About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of complex electrical systems and solutions from concept to completion.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering professional growth and best practices.
• Define and implement electrical engineering strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues and make critical design decisions.
• Conduct advanced analysis, simulations, and reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related advanced technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with significant experience in a leadership or principal role.
• Deep expertise in multiple areas of electrical engineering, such as power systems, control systems, electronics design, or embedded systems.
• Proven track record of leading successful, complex engineering projects from inception to deployment.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design methodologies, and relevant industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
