Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems and components for next-generation products.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct advanced analysis, simulation, and testing of electrical circuits and systems to optimize performance and ensure robustness.
• Define and maintain electrical engineering standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Represent the company in technical forums and industry working groups, contributing to the advancement of electrical engineering knowledge.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design , embedded systems, and signal integrity.
• Strong understanding of power management ICs, microcontrollers, and FPGAs.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced simulation and modeling tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
