About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership and direction for major electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement advanced electrical system designs, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and risk assessments for new electrical systems and technologies.
• Oversee the selection of critical components and equipment, negotiating with suppliers as needed.
• Champion best practices in electrical engineering, including design methodologies and quality control.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or principal role.
• Extensive experience with high-voltage systems, power generation, or complex industrial control systems.
• Expertise in electrical system modeling and simulation software.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale engineering projects and leading technical teams.
