Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for electrical engineering projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and system architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems, control systems, or specialized electrical engineering domains.
• Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle highly challenging technical issues.
