Key Responsibilities
- Define and architect the electrical engineering strategy for major projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological roadmaps.

- Conduct advanced technical reviews, risk assessments, and performance analyses for critical electrical designs.
- Provide expert consultation and technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines and project teams.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive engineering standards and documentation, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 12+ years of extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation in complex system design.
- Deep expertise in areas such as analog/digital circuit design, embedded systems, signal processing, and power management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and driving successful project outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous and challenging technical problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and representing the company externally.
