Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of advanced electrical systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Oversee and conduct comprehensive testing and validation of electrical prototypes and production units.
• Mentor and guide a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Liaise with project management, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies for system upgrades and long-term maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
• Stay current with emerging electrical engineering trends, standards, and technologies, and apply them to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or principal role.
• Expertise in power systems design, control systems, and embedded electronics.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and modelling software (e.g., ANSYS, PSpice).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
