Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for electrical systems and components, aligning with strategic business objectives.
• Architect, design, and validate complex electrical subsystems and integrated systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams in a remote collaboration setting.
• Lead critical problem-solving efforts, addressing systemic issues and driving root cause analysis.
• Evaluate and select new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance engineering processes and product performance.
• Represent the electrical engineering discipline in cross-functional project teams and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on system architecture and high-level design.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as power systems, high-frequency circuits, signal integrity, or embedded systems design.
• Experience with advanced simulation and modeling tools for complex electrical systems.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a strong track record of innovation.
