About The Opportunity

As our portfolio of work with BEAR Scotland continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Bridges & Structures professional to join our team supporting one of Scotland's most important transportation clients. Working as an integrated member of the BEAR Scotland team, you'll help deliver bridge and structural engineering solutions from feasibility through to detailed design, providing trusted technical advice and solving complex infrastructure challenges. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence project delivery, and identify smarter ways to improve efficiency through digital engineering, automation and innovation.

With exposure to projects spanning highways, rail, aviation, energy and power, you’ll play a key role in delivering sustainable, practical and technically excellent outcomes for clients and communities alike.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering bridge and/or structural engineering projects.
• Strong technical engineering and design capability.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience taking ownership of technical delivery and engineering decisions.
