About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Champion best practices in frontend development, including code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure faithful implementation of visual designs and user flows.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Lead the technical strategy for frontend development, evaluating and introducing new tools and technologies as appropriate.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a significant portion in a lead or principal role.
• Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular) and associated state management libraries.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel), version control (Git), and frontend testing frameworks.
