AtkinsRéalis' Human Factors team in the UK is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead Human Factors work packages across Nuclear, Rail, Defence and Infrastructure, delivering technical leadership and maintaining trusted client relationships.

You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to strategy and capability growth, and travel to client sites as required, applying HF methods to high-hazard programmes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
